On July 5, 2011, fresh out of college, 23-year-old Charlie Williams passed his real estate exam and his career in the industry was born. Over the next 14 years, what began as showing Uptown Charlotte rentals to anyone willing to go, Charlie is now one of the top-producing broker associates at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Charlotte office.

A native of the Charlotte region, Charlie grew up on Lake Wylie in Belmont, North Carolina. Over years of experience in the business, he has successfully sold over 300 properties in North Carolina and South Carolina. He holds extensive knowledge of neighborhoods inside the I-485 loop and the surrounding small towns outside the city. From Concord to Belmont up to Mooresville and down to Waxhaw, Charlie has sold homes all over the greater Charlotte area.

In his leisure time, Charlie loves renovating homes, racing, golfing, water sports, traveling and spending time with his wonderful wife, Molly, his son, Gus, his daughter Winnie and sheepdog Harry. Charlie and his wife lived in a 1890s folk Victorian home that they spent years renovating, which was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine. Having worked on a historic home, Charlie knows the quality of the nuts and bolts that go into making a house.

Outside of real estate, Charlie is actively involved in the community and is a dedicated member and leader of Business Leaders of Charlotte, which has donated over $750,000 to local charities since its inception.
